Recipe Ingredients for Turkey chili

1 pound ground turkey
3 1/2 servings diced tomatoes
1 onion
1 green pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
8 cloves garlic
1 tbsp chili powder
1 cup frozen corn

Recipe Directions for Turkey chili

  1. brown the turkey

  2. caramelize the garlic and onions in the olive oil

  3. add green pepper, chili powder, canned tomatoes, and corn to the onions

  4. stir in the browned turkey

  5. bring to boiling and simmer for 20 minutes

  6. serve over cooked brown rice
