3 cloves garlic
156 ml tomato paste
796 ml diced tomatoes
264 grams ground turkey breast
246 grams ground turkey
2 tbsp cocoa
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp salt
1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
1 carrot, shredded

  2. cook onion in olive oil

  3. add turkey and cook

  4. add tomatoes and paste

  5. add spices

  6. add 1 cup bean water

  7. add beans

  8. add garlic

  9. add jalapeno
