Southwest turkey black bean chili

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Chili

1 pound ground turkey
822 grams diced tomatoes
453 grams black beans
2 tbsp Garlic powder
2 tbsp Onion powder
3 tbsp Chili powder
3 garlic cloves
1/2 large onion
1 tbsp Parsley
1 tbsp Paprika
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of black pepper
1/2 cup corn

Recipe Directions for Turkey Chili

  1. Prepare dry beans as normal (soak overnight or quick method)

  2. Saute turkey in a pot until brown

  3. add onions and garlic

  4. add spices, tomatoes and beans

  5. let simmer for 20 minutes

  6. add corn and simmer an additional 10 minutes

  7. Serve over brown rice or baked potato
