very tasty chili made with turkey instead of beef. An alternate could be straight vegetarian (no meat).

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Chili

1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, diced
24 oz kidney beans
28 oz canned tomatoes, diced
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp garlic
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
10 oz tomato soup
1 1/2 tbsp chili powder
24 oz chick peas

Recipe Directions for Turkey Chili

  1. Completely cook ground turkey in large skillet. Drain oils.

  2. Add to large stock pot. Add remaining ingredients. Combine well.

  3. Cook over low heat 2 to 3 hours.

  4. Can also be made in a crock pot.
