Very lean recipe for Turkey Chili; high in fiber so it is very filling.

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Chili

2 lbs. Ground Lean Turkey, browned
2 cup onion, chopped
2 cup Celery, chopped
1 cup red pepper, chopped
1 tsp minced garlic
56 oz canned whole tomatoes
4 tbsp chili powder
1 cup zucchini, chopped
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp pepper
32 oz beef broth
28 oz canned black beans, rinsed & drained

Recipe Directions for Turkey Chili

  1. Spray pan with non-stick cooking spray. Saute Celery, onion, pepper and garlic. Then brown Turkey. Add in Chili Powder and Salt and Pepper.

  2. Break up whole tomatoes and add to pot. Then add Beef Broth and Black Beans. Simmer for 45 minutes; then add zucchini; simmer for 15 minutes. Serve.
