Recipe Ingredients for Turkey chili

1 1/2 lbs turkey
2 carrots
4 stalks celery
1 cup green beans
4 onions
12 cups chicken broth
1 cup parsnip
2 cups dried beans
1/4 cup chili powder
1 1/2 tbsp. ground cumin
2 1/2 tsp oregano
3 oz chopped green chili pepper

Recipe Directions for Turkey chili

  1. the chicken broth above is actually turkey stock made by boiling the carcass of the turkey, no salt added.

  2. I put all ingredients in a pot and cooked it until done.
