Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Chili

1 large chopped onion
4 teaspoons chili powder
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
1 pound ground turkey
28 oz canned crushed tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 oz chopped green chiles
15 1/2 ounce pinto beans, rinsed and drained

Recipe Directions for Turkey Chili

  1. Cook first 6 ingredients in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until turkey is browned, stirring to crumble. Add crushed tomatoes, salt, and diced tomatoes; bring to a boil.

  2. Cook 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add beans; cook 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
