Low-calorie turkey chili for all occasions.

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Chili

0.51 kg extra lean minced turkey
126 g celery
14 g garlic
223 g mushrooms
2 small zucchini
471 g leek
250 g vegetable broth
28 fl oz diced tomatoes
500 g six bean blend
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp oregano
1 1/4 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp crushed red peppers
3/4 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for Turkey Chili

  1. Fully cook turkey in skillet with garlic and a little broth.

  2. Add vegetables and saute until tender.

  3. Pour tomatoes, beans, spices and remaining broth into large pot.

  4. Add turkey and vegetables.

  5. Simmer for 30 minutes.
