the analizer picks up turkey lunch meat so the fat and sodium is way off. i used 99% fat free ground turkey breast.

Recipe Ingredients for turkey chili

1 lb turkey breast, ground
32 oz tomatos
15 oz kidney beans
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup red pepper, chopped

Recipe Directions for turkey chili

brown the ground turkey breast in a pan sprayed with pam and a little water. add tomatos, onions, peppers and kidney beans and cook until veggies are tender. add a chili seasoning packet or your own seasonings. enjoy.
