Here's a lowfat chili that's easy and filling.

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey chili

15 oz. diced tomatoes
15 oz. black beans
1 lb. ground turkey
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
8 oz. tomato sauce
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 dash cumin

Recipe Directions for Turkey chili

Brown turkey with onion and pepper. Drain beans and add to tomatoes (I like the diced tomatoes with green chilies) and tomato sauce. Bring to boil, then cover and turn down to low-medium heat for an hour. Serve with sour cream and grated cheddar cheese.
