Turkey Chili Recipe

This is a low fat, bean free chili with lots of garlic.

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Chili

1 tbsp chili powder
5 cloves garlic
1 Taco Seasoning
1 tbsp oregano
1/2 lb ground turkey
8 oz stewed tomatoes
4 tbsp tomato paste
1 cup celery, diced
1 cup onion, diced
4 tbsp butter
8 oz chicken broth

Recipe Directions for Turkey Chili

  1. Brown turkey, season to taste, set aside

  2. Saute celery and onion with butter - about 5 minutes

  3. add in garlic

  4. stir in all powder ingredients until bubbly

  5. slowly stir in chicken broth

  6. bring to a slow boil

  7. add in remaining ingredients including cooked turkey

  8. let simmer for at least 2 hours
