Turkey Chili The serving size is 1.5 Cups.

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Chili

16 ounces ground turkey
15 ounces kidney beans
28 ounces pureed tomatoes
1 medium onion
1 small red pepper
28 ounces water
4 teaspoons chili powder
2 tablespoons olive oil

Recipe Directions for Turkey Chili

  1. Clarify onions in olive oil, add peppers until just started to soften, remove from pan.

  2. Add turkey to hot pan and 2 teaspoons chili poweder and cook until turkey is done.

  3. Add back the onions and peppers, add the tomatoes, kidney beans, water, and remaining chili powder.

  4. Simmer until heated through and thickened a little.
