serving about 12 oz w/cheese & fresh chilis. you have to add 'em separately though.

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey, Turkey Chili

1 lb ground turkey
1 lb turkey sausage
1 red onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, chopped
32 oz can crushed tomatoes
12 oz amber ale
18 oz black beans, cooked
1 red bell pepper, roasted & peeled, chopped
1 poblano pepper, roasted & peeled, chopped
1 poblano pepper, chopped
10 oz corn, frozen
2 tbsp safflower oil
2 tbsp cumin, ground
1 tbsp chipotle chili powder, ground
1 tsp black pepper, ground
2 tsp sea salt
1 tbsp garlic powder

Recipe Directions for Turkey, Turkey Chili

sweat onions 3 mins in oil. add garlic 1 min. brown meat. add cumin & chipotle chili powder, garlic powder, black pepper & salt, saute 1-2 mins. add everything else, bring to a boil. lower heat & simmer for 30 mins - 1 hr. its even better the next day but keep refrigerated. duh!
