Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Chili - Real Calories

1.23 lbs Extra Lean 99% Fat Free Fresh Tray Ground Breast
15 oz Hunts stewed tomatos
15 oz Goya Low Sodium Red Kidney Beans
150 grams (1 large) Onions
150 grams (1 medium) green bell pepper
5 oz Hunts tomato paste - no salt added
2 tablespoons chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon oregano ground
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
2 cups water

Recipe Directions for Turkey Chili - Real Calories

  1. Over medium heat spray a large dutch ove with non-stick cooking spray.

  2. Saute ground turkey, green pepper, and onion until lightly browned and onion and pepper are soft.

  3. Add remaining ingredients plus the water and stir well.

  4. Cook over medium heat for at least 30 minutes or longer, until at least half of the liquid is reduced and flavors meld together.
