Turkey chili made without beans. If looking for that extra fiber adding black or pinto beans is easy enough. Be sure to rinse canned beans though to keep the sodium low!

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Chili - No Beans

452 grams Fresh Ground Turkey - Lean
1 1/4 oz Seasoning Mix
1 medium Onions
1/2 medium raw Onion Red
1 pepper Peppers, Hot Chili, Green
14 1/2 oz Diced with Garlic and Onion
14 1/2 oz Diced Tomatoes
5 clove Garlic
2 cups whole mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Turkey Chili - No Beans

  1. brown the turkey - set aside

  2. saute the peppers,. garlic, onions and mushrooms until soft

  3. Mix all with turkey

  4. Add tomatoes and chili mix

  5. simmer for 5+ hours

  6. season to taste
