Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Chili Enchilada Casserole

2.5 cup Mild Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies
1/2 cup Chili Beans
16 oz Extra Lean 99% Fat Free Fresh Tray Ground Breast
3 serving costco low carb tortilla
8 oz Cheddar Fat Free
1 cup, diced Celery
0.5 cup, chopped Carrots
1 cup, chopped Onions
3 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Cumin Seed

Recipe Directions for Turkey Chili Enchilada Casserole

Cook meat, drain, add vegetables, sautee for 5 min until soft. Add undrained tomatoes, beans and seasonings. simmer for 5 min. Spray casserole dish with Pam, layer tortilla 1/3 meat top with 1/3 cheese. cover. bake at 350 30 min.
