Extremely easy to make. Add more or less of any individual seasoning to get the right degree of hot or sweet desired.

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Chili with Beans

1 lb. lean ground turkey
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced celery
2 jalapeno peppers
1 tbls minced garlic
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cayenne powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp red pepper flakes
15 oz chili beans
15 oz tomatoes, diced
4 oz tomato sauce
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon hot sauce

Recipe Directions for Turkey Chili with Beans

  1. Brown the ground turkey with diced onion, celery, jalapeno peppers, and minced garlic

  2. Add the chili powder, cayenne, and paprika when the meat is 3/4 of the way done

  3. Add ketchup, hot sauce, and tomato sauce and simmer for a minimum of a 1/2 hr to break down the meat mixture

  4. Add in diced tomatoes and chili beans and simmer for another minimum of a 1/2 hr to an hour before serving (to allow time for indredients to blend together)
