Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Chili with Beans

1 tablespoons olive oil
1 large onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
6 garlic cloves, minced
1 pounds turkey, breast
1 pound turkey, thigh
2 peppers jalapeno
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 tablespoon dried oregano
4 cups tomatoes, crushed
1 can (6oz) tomato paste
1 can (15oz) beans, kidney
3 1/2 cups chicken stock
1/2 teaspoons salt

Recipe Directions for Turkey Chili with Beans

Heat oil in a skillet over medium to high heat - saute the onion, capsicum and garlic until tender. Add the ground turkey and brown. Stir in the remaining ingredients, bring to a boil then simmer for around 2 hours stirring occasionally.
