Recipe Ingredients for turkey chickpea curry

200 grams chickpeas
90 grams turkey breast
300 grams tomatoes (canned)
1 sweet potato
1 onion
15 ml oil
1 T turmeric
1 T curry powder
1 T garam masala
1 T coriander

Recipe Directions for turkey chickpea curry

  1. Cook chopped onion in oil until it is softened

  2. Add all spices and let cook for some time, as the spices become more and more aromatic

  3. Add turkey, cook until turkey is browned/cooked through.

  4. Add chickpeas, tomatoes and sweet potato (cut into chunks and pre-cooked)

  5. Cook until all is heated through and the liquid has reduced somewhat.
