Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Chef's Salad

200 g mixed salad greens
1 cup basil, fresh leaves torn into pieces
3/4 lb sliced turkey breast
50 g red bell peppers, roasted
75 g Kalamata olives
75 g tomatoes, cherry cut in half
100 g avocado, cut into cubes
2 tbs balsamic vinegar
2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
1 Salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Turkey Chef's Salad

  1. Rinse and dry salad greens. Drying is best done in a salad spinner.

  2. Divide the greens and rest of ingredients equally on 4 plates.

  3. Whisk together vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper and drizzle on top of salad.
