Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Cheese Manicotti

300 g manicotti
1/3 cup low fat cottage cheese
1 egg white
1/4 cup spinach
1/8 cup mushrooms
1/4 cup reduced fat parmesan cheese
1/4 cup fat free mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup prego heart smart traditional pasta sauce
1/3 cup crushed tomatoes
4 oz ground turkey
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Recipe Directions for Turkey Cheese Manicotti

  1. boil shells

  2. mix all cheeses

  3. brown meat

  4. put tomatoe sauces in with the meat and simmer with veg

  5. add meat to cheese mix

  6. stuff manicotti

  7. bake at 350 until cheese is melted
