Recipe Ingredients for turkey and celery popovers

12 oz (raw) Ground Turkey
0.63 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Unbleached
0.63 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 serving crystal farms all whites
1 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
0.25 cup Cereal
2 tbsp chopped Chives
3 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 dash Salt, Table
2 dash Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for turkey and celery popovers

preheat to 425; brush muffin pan with oil; place flour in a bowl, make well, add egg white and milk and beat. slowly add water and beat until smooth and bubbly; combine meat, celery, oatmal, chives, worcestershire, and seasoning; mold into 12 small balls; place in muffin pan; bake for 10 mins; remove and quickly pour batter into pans; cook for 20-25 mins or until puffed and golden brown
