Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Casserole

6 oz long grain brown rice
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped celery
2 tbsp smart balance spread
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup small curd cottage cheese
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/2 tsp curry powder
2 cup turkey

Recipe Directions for Turkey Casserole

  1. Prepare rice as directed on package.

  2. cook celery and onions in smart balance spread

  3. in 2 quart casserole, mix all ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes

  4. stir before serving
