1 turkey legs
1 leg, turkey leg
3/4 c rice, uncooked
3 c peas
1 onion, small
300 g parsnips
50 g lemon, juice
3 c turkey broth

  1. chop veggies

  2. put all ingredients in slow cooker

  3. let sit for 4-5 hours, watch that liquid doesn't get too low.

  4. pull out bones, meat will fall off.

  5. serve!
