My homemade at xmas turkey cabbage stew. Made from leftover bones and meat, and cabbage with vegetables.

2 cups turkey, white and dark
2 cups cabbage, chopped
20 g red pepper, sliced
20 g green pepper, sliced
20 g button mushrooms, halved
20 g potato, sliced
2 carrot
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Turkey Cabbage Stew Homemade, 2 cups/per serving

  1. Boil in pot Turkey in Chicken Broth

  2. turkey bones, gizzard and meat

  3. 1 whole Cabbage, chopped

  4. 1-2 red peppers, sliced

  5. 1-2 green peppers, sliced

  6. 1/2lb button mushrooms, halved

  7. 1 onion, diced

  8. 2-3 potatoes, diced

  9. salt, if desired as needed

  10. pepper to taste
