Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Burritos

2 ounce ground turkey
2 ounce tomato sauce no salt added
2 1/2 ounce corn
1/4 small onion
2 ounce Black Beans - 50% less sodium
40 grams light sour cream
1/4 cup cheese, shredded
1 flour tortilla

Recipe Directions for Turkey Burritos

  1. Brown turkey with spices

  2. Stir in tomato sauce, corn, and onion.

  3. Reduce heat and simmer until liquid is reduced (about 20 minutes)

  4. Heat bean separately in another pan, or in microwave on lowest power setting.

  5. Heat tortilla, top with beans, then meat mixture, then sour cream and cheese.
