Turkey burrito with rice and beans

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Burrito

4 oz Fresh Ground Turkey - Lean
2 oz Beans, Black, Mature Seeds
0.25 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked
0.25 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese

Recipe Directions for Turkey Burrito

  1. Brown and drain 1 lb of ground turkey.

  2. Stir in 1 drained can of black or pinto beans.

  3. Stir in 2 cups of cooked brown rice.

  4. Simmer for 10 minutes.

  5. Spoon into whole grain tortilla.

  6. Top with cheddar cheese.

  7. Roll and wrap in aluminum foil.

  8. Keep warm in over at 225 degrees.

  9. Makes 8 burritos
