Basic turkey burger - great with a couple slices of avocado and red onion on top

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Burgers

1 lb 93% lean ground turkey
3 dashes garlic salt, California style
3 dashes ground black pepper, fresh
1 cooking spray, olive oil flavor
1/3 cup water

Recipe Directions for Turkey Burgers

In a bowl mix ground turkey, pepper and garlic salt. Spray heavy skillet with cooking spray, and heat to medium. Cook burgers approximately 3 minutes on each side, lightly browning. Add water, and continue cooking until water has evaporated (another 5 minutes or so). Remove from heat and serve.
