Recipe Ingredients for turkey burgers

450 grams Fresh Ground Turkey - Lean
0.5 cup Rogers Wheat Germ
1.3 serving Soya Sauce
0.25 tsp Ground Ginger
1 tsp Garlic Powder
0.5 cup, chopped Onions, Spring Or Scallions

Recipe Directions for turkey burgers

Combine all ingredients, mix thoroughly. Divide into 5 equal size burgers. Spray frying pan with non stick spray and cook until reaches internal temp of 170.
