Yummy burgers with a bit of a kick.

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Burgers

1 pound turkey, 99% fat free
4 egg whites
1 c Shredded Wheat, crumbled
1/2 c celery, diced
1/2 c onion, diced
2 T mustard, horseradish
1 T soy sauce
1 T garlic powder
1 T parsley flakes
1 dash pepper
1 dash salt

Recipe Directions for Turkey Burgers

  1. Mix all of the ingredients.

  2. Form four burgers.

  3. Cook on the grill or on a George Forman grill for about 5 minutes.
