Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Burgers

1 cup Special K
1/2 cup Skim Milk
3 tsp Low Sodium Chicken Broth
3 tbsp Minced Onion
2 tbsp Minced Garlic
2 Egg whites
1 lb Lean Ground Turkey
4 Lettuce Leaves
4 Tomato Slices
4 Red Onion Slices
8 slices Whole Grain Bread

Recipe Directions for Turkey Burgers

  1. Combine First 5 ingredients into a large bowl.

  2. Let the milk soak into the ceral flakes for 5 minutes

  3. Add ground turkey and mix well

  4. Shape into patties and bake, broil or grill

  5. Serve hot on a whole grain bun or whole grain bread and add condiments to your liking.
