Yummy turkey burgers with the added flavor of garlic

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Burgers

1 pound ground turkey
1 large egg white
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 clove garlic, minced
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 tablespoon olive oil

Recipe Directions for Turkey Burgers

  1. Separate one egg white from one egg and set aside.

  2. Finely chop one small onion.

  3. Mince 1 clove of garlic.

  4. Combine ground turkey, egg white, bread crumbs, garlic and onion in a bowl and mix thoroughly.

  5. Form four patties.

  6. Pan fry at medium heat for about 5-10 minutes on side depending on thickness in 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil.

  7. (alternatively, broil or grill them)
