Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Burgers

1 1/4 pounds ground turkey, lean
1/2 cup bread crumbs
4 green onions (upper portion only), minced
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons fresh basil, finely chopped
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon chili powder

Recipe Directions for Turkey Burgers

To make burgers, mix all burger ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Shape mixture into 5 equal sized balls. Place onto a baking sheet and press each one into a 3/4 inch thick patty. Cover burgers with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator.
