Juicy turkey burgers using stove top grill pan and oven.

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Burgers

1 1/5 lbs 99% Fat Free Ground Turkey
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp low sodium soy
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion flakes
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 c. shredded mozzarella

Recipe Directions for Turkey Burgers

  1. Add in red pepper flakes if looking for spice.

  2. 5min on each side in grill pan; then,

  3. 8-10min @ 375 in oven.
