Grilled turkey burgers. Lots of flavor.

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Burgers

4/5 cup onion, chopped
1 1/4 tsp canola oil
1 1/4 cups bread crumbs
1 1/4 tsp reduced sodium soy sauce
1 1/4 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, grated
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp ground mustard
1/4 tsp pepper
1 dash salt
1 1/4 lbs lean ground turkey
6 lettuce leaves
1 egg
4/5 cup red bell pepper, chopped

Recipe Directions for Turkey Burgers

  1. chop ingredients,

  2. sautee pepper, onion, garlic in canola oil. cool.

  3. add to turkey and seasonings.

  4. add bread crumbs, make six patties.

  5. let patties rest, then fry
