Makes 2 turkey burgers that can be made in advance

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey burgers

1 oz Onions
1/4 cup Coriander Leaves
50 grams Tomato Puree

Recipe Directions for Turkey burgers

Gently fry onions in a little olive oil. Chop the coriander and mix together with the rest of the ingredients and cooled onions and black pepper. form into patties, seperated by baking parchment and freeze. Genlty fry in a little oil until cooked - can be cooked from frozen.
