Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Burgers with peppers and onions

1 lb ground turkey
1 tbsp coriander
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 small onion
1 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Turkey Burgers with peppers and onions

  1. Combine turkey, salt, pepper and coriander in a bowl. Divide into four burger patties, place on skillet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray and cook in the oven on 350 until done.

  2. In a separate pan, add olive oil, peppers and onions and saute until caramalized. Top burgers with peppers and onions and serve as is or on a bun.
