48 g Fiber One Cereal
4/5 kg lean ground turkey
1/2 tsp seasoning salt
2 dash pepper
1 tsp reduced sodium soy sauce
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Recipe Directions for Turkey Burgers Debbie Style

  1. Use food processor or blender to make fiber one cereal into "dust"

  2. Mix everything together to form 8 burgers that are 100g and one that is 85 (before frying)

  3. Grill on BBQ or even in a frying pan.
