Turkey burger recipe taken from allrecipes.com. Modified to add onions too! Tasty without need of condiments, although I thought it would be great with some bean sprouts on a bun. Add salt and pepper to taste. [Note that the turkey is the yield from 1 lb of raw meat - I couldn't get the recipe analyzer to accept it unless the measurement was in grams of cooked meat.]

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Burgers: Banana Peppers and Feta

75 g onions, chopped
350 g ground turkey (which is 1 lb raw!)
1/4 cup banana peppers, chopped
1/2 cup reduced fat feta cheese, crumbled

Recipe Directions for Turkey Burgers: Banana Peppers and Feta

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

  2. Divide into 5 patties.

  3. Grill on the BBQ. High heat, about 8 minutes per side.

  4. Eat!
