Recipe Ingredients for Turkey burger with Veggies

16 oz Ground Turkey Breast, 99% Fat-free
1 large Egg, Whole
.75 cup Bread Crumbs, Dry, Grated, Seasoned
1 cup Spinach
6 tbsp Chipotle Salsa Hot
1 cup Cauliflower
6 tbsp chopped Onions

Recipe Directions for Turkey burger with Veggies

  1. Dice Broccoli, Spinach, Caulflower, and Onions. Add diced vegetables, egg, and bread crumbs* to ground turkey. Mix well. Form into patties and cook to your liking. We grilled them.

  2. * I'm not sure exactly how much bread crumbs I used. I'm one of those cooks that adds a little and if I need more I add more. To be honest, same goes for the veggies.
