8 oz Tomato Paste
16 oz water
1 tablespoon Chili Powder
2 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
2 cloves Garlic
1/4 cup barbeque sauce

  1. Brown turkey burger

  2. add onions and garlic

  3. add chili powder and worcesterchire sauce

  4. add tomato paste and water

  5. add bbq sauce

  6. simmer for 20 minutes

  7. serve with cheese and on one or two slices of whole wehat bread
