Healthy alternative to burgers on Super bowl day!

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Burger

5 lbs of ground turkey
5 cups of croutons
1 cup of garlic cloves
1 large spanish onion
3 cups dried cranberries
2 cups flax seeds
1/4 cup allspice
2 tablespoons salt

Recipe Directions for Turkey Burger

  1. mix all ingredients together in large mixing bowl.

  2. make 15 palm-size patties

  3. heat & oil bbq grill

  4. place on grill and bbq for 10mins, flip burgers as each side is cooked!
