Turkey burger with spinach cheese topping

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey burger

1 pound ground turkey
1 tbsp cilantro
1 tbsp rosemary
1 tbsp oregano
1 large egg
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 onion
1 cup spinach
1/4 cup feta cheese
2 Rolls, Dinner, Whole-wheat

Recipe Directions for Turkey burger

  1. Combine ground turkey, egg, rosemary, oregano, and breadcrumbs in bowl and seperate into 4 patties.

  2. Cook patties on stove top or grill.

  3. sweat onions.

  4. add spinach and cilantro. leave on heat for 2 minutes.

  5. Add feta cheese and remove from heat.

  6. Mix so that cheese melts.

  7. layer 1/2 bun, then patty, and finally sauce.
