1 slice whole wheat bread
2 egg white
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 onion

Recipe Directions for Turkey Burger

Chop onion and rip bread into small pieces. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined. Form into 6 patties and fry in non-stick skillet coated with cooking spray.
