3 oz turkey
1/4 cup bell pepper (green and red)
2 slice wheat toast
1 tsp mustard
1 slice onion

Recipe Directions for turkey burger

  1. Grill turkey meat on George Foreman 3-5 min

  2. Grill veggie on same grill 2-3 min

  3. toast bread

  4. mustard only one side toast , rub pieces together

  5. Cut off crust and yummy yummy, you have lunch
