Turkey Burger Patty Recipe

Serve this on a whole wheat bun with lettuce, tomato and onion. Yum!

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Burger Patty

1 3/10 lb extra lean ground turkey
1 small onion, grated
2 cloves garlic, grated
1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
1 egg white
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Turkey Burger Patty

  1. Combine all ingredients in large bowl

  2. Mix completely but not too long (over mixing will make meat tough!)

  3. Separate into 6ths and pat out into about 3/8" thick patties

  4. Put onto baking sheet covered with aluminum foil

  5. Broil on high for about 8-10 minutes-flip and broil other side for about 8 minutes

  6. Make sure center is completely done!!

  7. Enjoy!
