Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Burger Patties

20 oz Ground Turkey, 93% Lean
1 medium (2-1/2" dia)(110 g) Onions
2 clove Garlic
1/4 cup Italian Classics Bread Crumbs
2 tsp Pepper, Black
1/4 cup(56 g) AllWhites
1 tbsp olive oil, optional

Recipe Directions for Turkey Burger Patties

  1. Prepare a grill or frying pan. I used a frying pan on medium heat, but your range may vary.

  2. Dice 1/4 of the onion. Cut the rest into slices for grilling.

  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together egg, salt and pepper. Place ground beef and bread crumbs into the mixture. With hands or a fork, mix until well blended. Form into 4 patties approximately 3/4 inch thick.

  4. Place patties on the prepared grill. Cover and cook 6 to 8 minutes per side, or to desired doneness.

  5. Sauté the remaining onions in the remaning turkey fat. There won't be very much at all, so you may need to add 1 tbsp of olive oil.
