Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Burger Loaf

1 1/3 pound Ground lean Turkey
1 cups Italian Bread Crumbs
1/2 cup Chopped Onions
1/2 cup Chopped Peppers
1/2 cup Chopped Portabella Mushrooms
1/2 cup Beer
2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
3 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 oz Fresh Parsley
1 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Salt

Recipe Directions for Turkey Burger Loaf

  1. In a saute pan heat the olive oil to medium high heat. Add onions and Bell Peppers and cook till browned. Add Worcestershire Sauce and mushrooms and cook till sauce is reduced. Set aside.

  2. In a bowl mix the turkey, salt, pepper and bread crumbs. Add beer, mustard and parsley and mix till combined. If the mixture seems a little wet add more breadcrumbs.

  3. After the satueed veggies have cooled add to the meat and stir. Throughly combine and separate into 5 ounce patties.

  4. When Grilling patties make sure to take extra care not to burn the peppers that may stick out of the patty.
