Recipe Ingredients for Turkey & Brown Rice Stuffed Peppers

1 1/4 lbs ground white turkey
6 bell peppers
1 3/4 c instant brown rice
26 oz tomato soup
4 egg whites

Recipe Directions for Turkey & Brown Rice Stuffed Peppers

Mix meat, rice and one half of the tomato soup. Add pepper to taste. Stuff Peppers. Pour remaining tomato soup thinned with water over peppers. Bake for 1.25 hours at 350 degrees.
