Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Broccoli Casserole

2 cups turkey, chopped
1 1/2 cups white rice
1 cup broccoli
1 cup cauliflower
1 cup zucchini, chopped
10 oz. cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream
1/3 cup skim milk
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp curry powder
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Recipe Directions for Turkey Broccoli Casserole

Cook rice according to directions. Add all ingredients together and top with shredded cheese. Bake 350 for 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
